Know the Signs and Symptoms

Here are 10 Early signs and symptoms of Alzheimer’s, compiled by the Alzheimer’s Association.

  1. Memory loss that disrupts daily life
  2. Challenges in planning or solving problems
  3. Difficulty completing familiar tasks at home, at work or at leisure
  4. Confusion with time or place
  5. Trouble understanding visual images and spatial relationships
  6. New problems with words in speaking or writing
  7. Misplacing things and losing the ability to retrace steps
  8. Decreased or poor judgment
  9. Withdrawal from work or social activities
  10. Changes in mood and personality

What you need to do if you have Alzheimer or want to prevent it

  • Change the diet; plant-based,  avocados, nuts, seeds, no sugar, no grain, no alcohol, no dairy
  • Do heavy metal detox
  • Use MCT oil, caprylic acid, coconut oil (3 tbsp a day), avocado oil
  • Detox food; all veggies, green powders like chlorella, spirulina, wheat grass, barley grass
  • Drink filtered pure water
  • Supplements; vitamin D, vitamin B12, vitamin C, omega3 EPA/DHA
  • Minerals like zinc, selenium, magnesium
  • Metafolin (5 MTHF)
  • Turmeric

Which lab tests tell the signs for “silent-inflammation”?
