There are many super foods available but I think the best super food is blueberry (bilberry) – vaccinium. They help to restore the central nervous system and flush the virus neurotoxins out of the liver. They can help lower your blood pressure. They are excellent for your heart health. They can kill cancer without harming healthy cells.

I eat every morning in my chia bowl 125g blueberries. I have freezer loaded with organic low bush blueberries. I bought them in the end of summer from the market, they were directly from Lapland. Big size and sweet taste. Different than from southern part of Finland.
You can use blueberries for smoothies and raw cake.
